Performing Maintenance Shutdown at MOL Danube Finomító - Unit AV2 and HDS

As part of our commitment to ensuring the seamless operation of key production units, we spearheaded a scheduled maintenance shutdown at the MOL Danube Refinery, specifically targeting the AV2 and HDS units. Equipment Maintenance involved opening and disassembling critical static equipment, which included distillation columns, heat exchangers, tanks, among others. Once the equipment was disassembled, we embarked on requisite repairs and mandated tests, ensuring that all components met operational standards. This was complemented by thorough cleaning, paving the way for subsequent reassembly. Beyond the static equipment, we also meticulously disassembled fittings. Upon thorough inspection and necessary repairs, these components were reassembled to ensure optimal functionality. In line with the specific needs of our client, certain pipe routes were replaced to ensure the smooth operation of the refinery.
